Webinar: Through Coronavirus and beyond – HR issues in a “post-Covid-19” workplace

Post Covid-19, what will be our new workplace normal? At present, we do not know when lockdown will end or if there will be a gradual return to work. We know that the Coronavirus Job Retention Scheme will end on 30 June 2020 but not if it will be extended.

About the Event

If we can look beyond the pandemic what will our post-Covid-19 workplace look like? How can we encourage and support our people as they return to work and to a new sense of reality? Whilst we of course hope that businesses will recover, for some what if returning to work is not a possibility. For some, managing headcount is going to be difficult as many roles will not simply bounce back as soon as lockdown ends.

In this current climate, join Emma O’Connor to discuss the new workplace normal. This webinar will look at management issues as well as focusing on legal issues such as redundancies or contract changes.
