We regularly run employment law update courses for HR teams looking at recent case law or legislative changes as well as current best practice. We also work with HR teams to deliver training programmes focused on the current issues they are facing within the organisation. The Boyes Turner HR masterclass is a 2-day course designed and aimed specifi cally at HR professionals who are new to HR or are returning to a career in HR. It is a step by step guide to HR management and employment law. What sets this course apart is that it is aimed directly at HR focusing on HR’s roles and responsibilities in terms of guiding business managers through the HR systems and processes to ensure compliance. Our masterclass is run in small groups and focuses on issues in greater depth.
